How do we get started?
Book a free discovery call. We'll talk through what you need, agree on scope, and I'll send a simple agreement. Most clients are up and running within a few days.
Do I have to commit to a certain number of months?
No lock-in. Retainer packages are month-to-month — you can pause or stop with reasonable notice.
What if I need more hours than my package includes?
​We can discuss a top-up at the hourly rate, or upgrade your package for the following month.
How do we communicate day-to-day?
However works best for you email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp. I adapt to your existing tools.
What types of tasks can you help with?
I support a wide range of admin and business tasks — inbox and calendar management, document preparation, invoicing, project coordination, customer enquiries, and general business admin. If it's taking up your time, there's a good chance I can help.
Are you based in Australia?
Yes , I'm based in Australia. I work primarily during Australian business hours but I'm flexible for international clients and happy to discuss timezone arrangements that work for both of us.
